Moonbeam Metal Art
Artist: Mark Culp
Mark Culp has lived in the West Kootenays since 2005. In his early 20’s Mark worked as an industrial metal fabricator honing his skills for 7 years. Wanting to expand his creative abilities, Mark worked as a stone mason for 8 years specializing in natural stone. His work can be seen most predominantly at the Chateau Lake Louise, Banff and Canmore. Taking a break from masonry, Mark returned to welding as an independent artist.
Mark works from home where he lives with his wife and daughter. His art is often inspired by nature and does custom designs for his clients.
Passionate about recycling, Mark uses mostly scrap metal, enabling him to close the loop. Upcycling allows him to create unique and one-of-a-kind sculptures that will last for generations. The magic of alchemy, transformation of matter
